Training ourselves, improving ourselves
“If we don’t want to be far behind others in bag industry, we must keep improving ourselves by every minute and case” says our director.
Our vision is to supply premium quality products to our customers, our 1st QUALITY CULTURE meeting starts in April 2023, so we call April as our Winfung “quality month”. Let’s work together to improve ourselves and product quality. Our staffs from quality department, nylon workshop, welding workshop, technical department and marketing department take part in the startup meeting.
Before meeting, our Winfung sales provided the inspection data including the inspection result for pass rate from the 3rd party or customers.
At the beginning of the meeting, our QC department did a summary for the quality scores from our customers, and scored to each production teams in the past year based on sales’ report. The leaders from each department gave feedback on the quality problem to finish the 1st part of meeting which our administration department recorded down on blackboard.
Secondly, our administration team advertised the reward rules for quality improvement. The team who can get the biggest improvement for the problems happened in the past will get a team bonus after our monthly summary.
At the last part of the meeting, representatives from different department express their views for the importance of the quality actively on the company's implementation of quality activities and the importance, also lots of opinions and suggestions to improve the efficiency in daily work, the warm supporting from each departments and high awareness will be self-improvement better than inspected by QC staffs.
